These terms cover this website and the client portal.
Prices shown on this site and in the portal are indicative unless we confirm them in writing. An indicative figure is a planning estimate based on the details you give us; the firm quote we send after review is the price that applies. A service is booked when we confirm the details and the booking reference with you. Transit and handling times are our best estimate based on normal conditions and are not a guarantee, since they depend on routes, clearance and events outside our control.
Tell us accurately what you are sending or storing, including any restrictions, declared values and insurance needs. You must have the right to send or store those items, and to authorise anyone who acts for you. Prohibited or unlawfully described items may be refused, held or returned at your cost. Where you declare a value, you are responsible for declaring it correctly, as it determines the insurance we arrange and the premium we charge.
Where you ask for insurance, cover is arranged with a third-party insurer for the declared value, for the leg or period agreed, and the premium is itemised on your statement. Cover is subject to the insurer's terms and exclusions, which we will provide on request. Unless insurance is arranged in writing, items move at your risk.
The portal is a convenience for viewing records that we maintain. It does not transfer ownership, create legal title, or replace a statement issued by us. Balances and histories shown are drawn from our records and may be corrected where an error is found. Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authority; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Invoices are payable as agreed, and services may be paused on unpaid accounts. Where online payment is offered it is processed by a third party; we do not receive or store your card details. Credits and corrections are always shown as adjustments in your statement history.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and is subject to any separate carriage, storage or insurance agreement between us. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that state.
